Negotiation with Centre Management in major Malls for advanced planning and booking confirmation including quotations. Setting of special events requires forward planning from the inception of the Centre Court event. Our function will coordinate setup planning, fixture sourcing and layout of floor plan. Install and direct lighting placements if required. Work with promotional staff That will be responsible for the event, with constant spot checks and feedback.

Based on Customer required designs and setup, the outsourcing of equipment and other decorative items will be facilitated and will form part of the overall quote.

Working with strong Company briefs, planning and production of Store openings, product launches and promotions will be managed down to the finest details with the Business Partners team being present to ensure flawless execution.

Working with catering and floral professionals to insure all function requirements respect the Company brief.

Sourcing of corporate gifting to tie into specific themes as well as specialized gift wrapping if required.
